Who are SussexWay Meat?

We are a small group of local, Sussex organic farmers who provide a reliable, professional online ordering service to customers who want to buy local organic meat and produce, and support local businesses.

We're local - by supporting local farmers you are helping to reduce unnecessary transportation - and also helping to sustain the local community and environment.

We use traditional methods - which means real flavour and quality. Our organic meat is properly and traditionally hung to ensure full, superb flavour and succulence.

We care about the welfare of our livestock - we make sure that our animals are happy. We make sure that transportation of our animals is kept to a minimum, keeping the animals where they are happiest, in their natural environment.

We have a great range of 'mouthwatering' meats - Our current range includes a variety of fresh joints and cuts of: Sussex Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Turkey (at Christmas) and Wild Venison (when in season).

We're organic - our produce is organic and is certified by the Soil Association. Founded in 1946, the Soil Association exists to research, develop and promote sustainable relationships between the soil, plants, animals, people and the biosphere, in order to produce healthy foods and other products, while protecting and enhancing the environment.
