Orders received by 12 noon Monday to Thursday (except Public Holidays) will be despatched within 3 working days.
Our meat is packed in Gourmet Boxes – specially designed and manufactured to temperature controlled standards thus ensuring quality delivered to your door.
On receipt please advise us immediately of any damage.
A mobile telephone number is essential or a responding landline.
The total pack weight will always be as stated, or more.
As part of our contribution to the environment we would appreciate our loyal organic customers returning the special foam lining in the bag provided.
We promise to refund the cost of postage on the next order. (Please ensure your name and order number is included). The cardboard box may be discarded.

Making your purchase:
Just look through our Organic Meat Boxes, select any items that you wish to buy, then click 'add to basket' to add them to your order. After you have finished making your selection, click on the 'Checkout' icon, you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We only accept orders from the United Kingdom, and accept all major credit cards payment.

Delivery to your door:
Free delivery to your door for orders over £100, otherwise a £8.75 charge will apply. We are only able to accept orders from within the United Kingdom.Orders received by 12 noon Monday to Thursday (except Public Holidays) will be despatched within 3 working days.
