Delivery to your door:

Free delivery to your door for orders over £100, otherwise a £8.75 charge will apply. We are only able to accept orders from within the United Kingdom.

Orders received by 12 noon Monday to Thursday (except Public Holidays) will be despatched within 3 working days.

Our meat is packed in Gourmet Boxes – specially designed and manufactured to temperature controlled standards thus ensuring quality delivered to your door.

On receipt please advise us immediately of any damage.

Alternative Address:

Please ensure you leave another address or instructions where the goods may be safely left should you be away from home for any reason.

A mobile telephone number is essential or a responding landline.

Box contents:

Joints of meat vary in size, therefore individual pack components may differ from those stated.

The total pack weight will always be as stated, or more.

Items out of stock:

Where a pack item may be temporarily out of stock we will send the nearest equivalent.

Returns policy:

The Gourmet box contains a pre-addressed label and "returns bag" for the special foam lining.

As part of our contribution to the environment we would appreciate our loyal organic customers returning the special foam lining in the bag provided.

We promise to refund the cost of postage on the next order. (Please ensure your name and order number is included). The cardboard box may be discarded.

Prices, Descriptions:

Whilst SussexWay Meat try and ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are accurate, errors may occur. We give no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of the content of the site and assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in it or the effect it has upon your computer.

If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If we discover an error in a description we will advise you about it as soon as possible.
